TPG NBN awaiting activation

Received email today "TPG is unable to activate your NBN service as your modem is not connected. Please connect your modem ASAP."

Now that I have connected devices I am getting 2 blue lights. It's been like that for 2 hours.

What do i do now?

Could you please send me a PM (private message) with your Full Name, CID (customer identication number) and your mobile phone number, so I can take a look at your service?

Upon checking  , your installation is still in progress. I will refer it to our NBN provisioning department to advise them you have installed your NCD and TPlink modem correclty and have no service .

They will call you to update you on this.
