TPG NBN bundle with home phone

I need a new home phone number from TPG.
I bought NBN50 bundle several days ago, and no internet connection after NBN installation complete.
I live in the unit 1, 27-33 coleridge st riverwood NSW 2210.My custer  ID is  6780977.

Hi @zhongchubo , there might be a posibility that the installation is not completed or you've got the wrong modem plugged in, normally TPG will send you a new one that you need to plug in to replace the previous one.

TPG sent a new router to me. I konw that the telstra delay to port phone number. So I need a new home phone number from TPG to connect to internet.
