Hi there,
I signed up for a TPG NBN service on 24th of March, and received my modem.
I have been waiting since 9 days but still not get activated my connection. I have already checked online it syas Activation on preocess. Could you please tell me how long i have to wait cause i have been suffering a lot and really frustrated. Now a days because of pandemic COVID 19 everyone advised to work from home but i cant do it as a result i am about to lossing my job. I know you guys are also suffering for this reason but you should be more careful.
I`m requesting you(TPG personel) please take necessary step to get my connection active.
Otherwise i have to go for another service provider.
