I waited all day for a 8am appointment with a NBN technician for a HFC installation, who did Not bother show up or had any contact with. While someone did turnup unannounced a few weeks ago. Apparently to test the signal quality at the HFC connection box. Which had also been done on Two previous also unannounced visits over the last year or so already (was all said line quality was good). But they have a habit of not showing up for appointments, because this wasn't the first.
Lost time, lost income, gained alot of frustration.
So what now? Reschedule? And wait to go through the whole process again?
