My TPG DSL down 3 weeks and impossible to contact technical support
Paid to get TPG NBN bundle installed. It was faulty.
A TPG technician came to fix it yesterday 29-4-20.
He did not replace the Arris modem that was said to be faulty.
He said the NBN signal at our outlet inside house was low and fluctuating but he could not find how it was cabled to the NBN cable outside!? True. There is no junction box and no conduit and no cable visible.
The TPG NBN bundle I am being billed for is STILL faulty.
II have been forced to buy a Telstra 4G dongle to get Internet. It works every time!! Not TPG.
PLEASE DELIVER WHAT YOU PROMISED AND FIX IT PROPERLY!!!
