Termination of my previous internet with other internet provider

Hello,

 

I have paid my oreder to use your NBN50. Should I be requried to inform my previous internet provider (Telstra) to termiante the services by them?

If you did not request to port your homephone number over to TPG, then you may discuss terms with your current provider about the disconnection of your services.  

 

However, please be advised that the installation timeframe for TPG NBN services is within 2-30 working days. 

 

Further updates regarding your installation will be sent via email. You may also check the status through this link: Installation Status
