Transfer FTTB in new address

I have moved canberra from Sydney and living in sharing with my friend so I requested to park my plan until I get new address, now I got new address and want to transfer my FTTB plan in new address, I am moving 1st May 2020. I tried online move but it says can’t transfer FTTB,

I have escaletd this to one of our relocations officers. FTTB relocations need to be processed manually.
