Update: I just called support and was told the provisioning team has closed for the day. Am I right in thinking a transfer of an exisiting NBN service to TPG requires manual intervention? I'm quite surprised by this. Really thought it would've been an automated process.
Update 2: Got the SMS this morning saying service is active. Plugged in TPG modem, all working
