URGENT - NBN Installation No Internet at home

Service Address -Unit 8, 22-24, Tennyson Street, Parramatta, NSW 2150
Account number - 6590689
Issue - No internet at home. waiting for NBN to be installed. we relocated to the above mentioned new address last week. We have received the Wifi Router but internet access.

Could you please look into this asap, we are paying for your service but haven't got Internet access.
