Unable to activate NBN connection

Hi there,
I just received a email yesterday and said TPG are unable to activate the NBN connection for us due to the installation has been canceled? But we have not requested or asked any one to cancel it. We have received the modem but can’t access the internet. Is there any one can help us to activate or reschedule the activation? My username is hongguang001, customer ID is 7263700. The property address is APT C.102/29 Browns Road, Clayton VIC. Thanks.
