Shifted address 06 May (moving home request sent through start of April and confirmation received) and haven’t received any correspondence since.
Have spent the last 3 days calling the service team and the case team only to be told by each team that the other team is dealing with (6 times now!!) each time I have to go in hold or wait for a call back sometimes up to 3 hours!!
After 3 days and 6 phone calls I still don’t know if NBN is going to be installed at my new address!!
Left with no other choice but to lodge a case with the ombudsman as I am still being charged!!
