Upgraded my plan but no effect on internet speed

Hi there,

I have upgraded my TPG plan from NBN12 to NBN100 but I still get the same download speed of NBN12. I have been paying for the upgraded plan month after month but no actual service upgrade been provided. Can someone please help me here?
