I upgraded my plan from 50 to 100, got email few hours later saying completed, Restarted multiple times, modem is showing downstream of 119000 instead of 50000 so seems to have taken effect, but every speedtest remains the same, 50mbps, please help i rang today but all i got was "i will escalate the situation" and its public holiday tomorrow so im hoping to hear back today before the tech team finishes. Thanks looking forward to hearing from you
