Upgraded plan, still slow

Hi there,

Just wondering how long a plan upgrade takes? I’ve received the email saying the change has been completed, but I’m still only getting 30mb/s

Plan upgrade usually takes 24-48hrs to be completed. 

We'd like to check speeds and see if there's any underlying connection issue. You may also this Community article that may help you troubleshoot your speed issue: Slow speed issue
