Get online support

Very slow internet speed. I can’t even connect to tpg website.

Effective from late yesterday, 4 August, my internet speed slowed to a point where I cannot watch Netflix or iTunes videos and on some occasions, I could not connect to websites. I checked all connections were ok and reset the modem by switching it off and then on again after 10 seconds - no change. I then checked the internet speed with result that download speed is 8.33 and upload 4.23 Mbps. My usual download speed is normally much more than 20mbps.

Good Morning


I have noticed this moring that my internet speed has not improved from my previous package that I was on.


After performng a speed test, i was having 15mbps downland even though ive got the NBN 100 plan.


Please advise if this has been rectiifed in your system as my installation still says in progress
