Good Morning I have noticed this moring that my internet speed has not improved from my previous package that I was on. After performng a speed test, i was having 15mbps downland even though ive got the NBN 100 plan. Please advise if this has been rectiifed in your system as my installation still says in progress

Please can you remove my old number form the system so im able to upgrade my package. I have relocated address and this has not been rectified in 2 weeks - unacceptable

Good Afternoon Ive just been noticed that NBN has still not finalised my installation of moving my NBN boradband from my old address to my new address. This was requested to be completed on the 17th July and still has not been resolved. My internet connection is very slow for the service that Im paying for
