Hi, I just received the modem and router sent by TPG and set them together, but I don’t know which network to choose. As per the instructions given,I cannot not connect the NBN. Please help me ASAP. Thanks

We were able to locate your account using your community details and it appears that your NBN service is still not active.
The installation of your NBN service is still in progress, which is why the internet is still not working using the modem that we've provided. You'll receive a notification via Email or SMS that your NBN is ready to use once the activation is complete.
