I registered and paid for a modem and my first month of my new nbn plan on the 5/3/20. I am still waiting for this to be installed and my current broadband plan with Telstra is about to be cut off. I am a uni student and I work from home so I require internet. I have had no luck on getting on the online chats because I can’t call anyone. When will my nbn be installed?
