Hi there,

I have an NBN plan with TPG. I have seen my WiFi modem keeps rebooting. the power LED on the modem keeps blinking each 5 min. checked teh power cord and power adpater. disconnected and reconnected a few times to avoid loose connection but still teh same situation.

Would TPG replace my modem?

Thanks

Hi @RezaRudd

Have you also tried to factory reset the modem/router?

If not, try it first and see if it's going to resolve the reboot issue.

In order to check if the device still has warranty, please shoot me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number.

Any chance did you check the warranty?

Hi @RezaRudd

I've responded to your PM.

The provided modem/router is already out of warranty.

Have you already tried to factory reset the modem/router?

Hi @RezaRudd,

The replacement will cost you $99.95 plus a $10 shipping fee. If you wish to know more about how to get a TPG modem or router, shoot us a PM with your contact information so we can arrange a call on your behalf.
