My new NBN installation keeps dropping out. I am watching Netflix and am the only person using the system at the moment. No other devices are currently being used except my mobile which works fine. We have chosen the super fast system.

Thanks for raising this to us, we're able to locate your account using your community details and performed initial test to the service. The test result shows no line fault this dropout may cause of wireless connection between the device(s) and the modem/router.
