Hi,
We have been instructed to plugin and turn on our new NBN connection device and wireless modem. We did this several hours ago but the router is still not showing as connected to the internet.
We have NBN Fibre to the Curb (FTTC). The instruction email said we would be connected in 30 mins. Do you need to do something from your end to enable? Are we supposed to leave everything connected an on while we wait for internet?
I can see from https://www.tpg.com.au/support/trackmyorder the message is:
