did not receive ncd

My Modem arrived today but i have not received a NCD yet. nor have i received any indication on when it will arrive or when the installation will take place

We were able to locate your account using your community details and reviewed the account.

Your NBN order is still in progress and your location is tagged as Service Class 32, which means an NBN technician will need to visit the premises to install the NCD box.

 

The installation date will be given via Email notification once an earliest schedule is available.
