Get online support
I have no internet connection since 14/2/24. I called technical support many times and my phone dropped out everytime the technical support transferring my call to another specialist technical team, 3 times so far so 3 hours on the phone at least. I am hitting the brick wall here, it is painful when spending hours long on the queue eventually get some where then my call drop.
I need the technical team to call me rather than I call them. What can I do.
