I moved to a new property and got message from TPG that NBN service is installed but we can't see you online. I have a FTTP NBN box, I connected the ethernet cable from UNI-D1 to WAN port of my TPlink VR1600v modem but don't see internet light on modem, All 4 lights on NBN box are green
Hi @bhardwajvarun . Can you login to the VR1600 and check that VLAN ID is Disabled. It is not used on FTTP. Other settigs are PPPoE, username and password as they would have been at old property.
