Get online support
recently installed NBN service. Internet works fine, but land line has problems. Incoming calls are received, but unable to make outgoing calls because even tho we get a dial tone, the other end is either constantly busy, or we get a voice advising that we cannot make calls to that number (usually my mobile) on this service. What can we do???

We were able to locate your account and can confirm that the phone status is active.
You are not able to use the outgoing calls as you don't have enough balance/credit to make it.
Refer to this article on how to add a prepaid balance for you to call out.
