After setting everything up, the NBN box on UNI D1 continuously shows an orange light and barely blinks. In the first step of setting up the router, it directly shows that it cannot connect to the network. However, I received an email saying that my service has been activated, and when I called TPG's technical support, no one answered or responded at all.
