I have checked your account and your NBN FTTN order was submitted to NBN yesterday. We don't have an ETA at this stage. NBN orders normally take 2 - 30 days to complete. You will get messages as the order progresses.

Hi karl thanks for that I just spoke with support and they said I have to plug in my modem when it arrives today so they system can detect it and activation can be completed
