Hi - we just had nbn connected yesterday and the connection is very unstable. The LAN and DSL lights on FTTC connection device keep flashing blue / going blank and we lose connection monentarily before it comes back.
Very frustrating when you are trying to watch something on Netflix!
Any help / adivce appreciated.

I was able to locate your account using your community details and seen that you have been in contact with one of our Technicians today.
Based on the report multiple dropouts has been reported and this has been raised to our Engineering Team for further investigation.
