Have they tried calling the new number I have provided earlier which was 040xxxxxxx, please ask them to try again as I remember last time I provided them this number but they kept calling our home phone number only to realise the new number I provided them.
I can see that you have been in contact with one of our Provisioning Case Manager and advised that additional installation needs to be done by NBN Technicians.
