nbn outage more than 6 days (Ermington, NSW 2115).

My NBN is outage from last week (Boyle St, Ermington, NSW 2115).

 

Is there any suggestion, or we can only wait the NBN network's recovery in this area?

It's working right now, after replace the TPG modem, and NBN connection box.

I got TPG notification, the outage from NBN side was solved.

 

I reboot the NBN modem as suggested, but still offline. The NBN modem lights (x4) are solid.

 

Looks there is still something wrong in TPG NBN.
