Hi im with TPG adsl for more than 5 years now and currently change to tpg nbn, do i need to cancel my tpg adsl first or they will charge me both for adsl and nbn? thank you...

Hi @Irene29,

Your account will be updated from ADSL2+ to NBN once it is installed.

You'll be billed for the NBN service only once it is activated.
