Good afternoon! The NBN technician now successfully connected us to the new NBN service. He told us to get in contact with you in order to reconfigure our connection, as the download speed is still only average.

What speeds are you currently getting? And what speeds were you getting with your ADSL service?

Thanks for your PM with the speedtest results. Your results are passing for an NBN12 plan. I do find that I see less interferences with the 5 GHz network. I recommend you use the 5 GHz network where you can.
