Why did you write this comment?
I can not understand it.
I have no internet 71 days.
I have been paying money even though I have not received a service.
And I am also spending extra money for the internet.

We have some good news.

A port has been assigned to you and your service is ready for install.

Our technician will call you shortly to organise the best time and day to finish the installation.

They will need access to the MDF which is located in the communications room as well as your apartment.
