I upgrade nbn 50 to nbn 100 and can get the $0 medem for free plus $10 delivery.But I didn't receive the new modem.
On 13-8-2024 The NBN technical staff came to my house and installed nbn connection box .
After finished he helped me put my old modem plug in to connect them.The internet speed test was 18.25Mbs.
One week laterThe internet speed test was 11.37Mbs. and then rang 131423 to get help.The girl said I need to plug off the yellow carble and plug in again and then press old modem reset button and no further action. I check the internet speed test it just only 8.56Mbs.
I want to know where is my new modem?
Why it is slower than before.?
