i am moving home and have made a request on 19/3/2020, TPG promised to response me with 24 hours, today is 23/3/2020, I rang TPG many time and the auto reply suggested me to chat online, it was pretty quick to get response from sales team, but when they transferred me to relocation team, no response again. it is a dead loop for me now, I wish someone can slove my probem.
