refund for modem

I sent both my old modem and the new not used modem to 65 Waterloo rd North Ryde in November. I know the refund was for the new modem. my usermame was xxxxx. my customer ID was xxxxx. The address that I can not connect the modem with is 1/179 Robertson street Guildford nsw 2161. When if at all will I get the final refund for the  unused modem.
