suspect number

I have been called by someone using number 02 9850 0800 multiple times and once per day at least, it is very annoying. And I checked it online, it says it is the number from TPG. Is it true? If so, what is the issue and why didn't send me an email instead ? I don't recall I have any problems about TPG recently. If not, I will just ignore the number.

Hi @nicolasktan 

The number may have been cloned by fraudsters or scammers.

If you don't have any issues with your TPG account and did not request for a callback, then you can just ignore the call or block the said number.

You can always check any payment issues or account concern through TPG My Account.
