Hi anyone help? is it possible to go direct TP link Deco E4 Mesh to NBN HFC box ?

I am Not Using a phone anyone have ideas thanks

The Deco is configured using an app.

The manual shows a screen to enable VLAN and set a value.

No-one in Community has reported as using it.
