I was connected yesterday and had a few drops last night and this morning. It was stable when I went to work and was still connected when I got home. Then it started dropping again. I tried disconnecting everything but it just works for 10 minutes then stops and never reconnects. All the lights are on. Some of the posts here indicate a teething issue with the connection or some sort of line fault. Can you help please?
