urgent no Internet Green light

NBN box with all blues lights and TP-Link Modem all green lights EXCEPT the internet ! Please check attachment. What is going on? Account Number : 6798128 , telephone number is 0415 892 575 . My child needs the internet for online class tomorrow morning... please anyone fix this problem ASAP .

Your NBN-HFC 100/40 shows installation has been completed today.

We can see the NTD up, but no auth on your modem yet.

 

It can take a few hours for the modem to receive the auto config details.

You can try turning your modem off and back on again and give a little time to config.

A factory reset can help.
