My account number is 608xxxx. I have attatched my modem to the NBN box and it keeps coming up with a message that says my newly installed broadband equipment is waiting to be configured. Am I doing something wrong?

We're able to locate the account using your given details and we've seen that you have been in contact with one of our Technicians. They ran a remote test and seems its now connected to our network.
