i joined tpg being PROMISED no service interuption during porting of my old number.old telco was switched off and new tpg sim only receives calls and wont call or send sms.'support' on the phone seem useless and keep teling me the same lies that itll be on today.ive waited a week and are in a safety critical role and need this fixed ASAP.still waiting on a supervisor to call me back.looks like ill have to go and buy another sim and get a different number from another telco until this is sorted.NOT GOOD ENOUGH TPG,YOUVE TAKEN MY MONEY AND ARE GIVING ME NO HELP WHATSOEVER.Wish id never changed telcos.
