The $11 is an administrative/port out fee as TPG is paying for the transaction for porting your number to another provider. It is also posted on our terms and conditions > Mobile Plan Brochure > Mobile Plan terms #8.

Is this fee ongoing? Because I'm pretty sure that my number originated from another carrier that I had moved to TPG.
