4g Data Barred

Hi, 

My 4g data service is still barred even after rolling into a new cycle.

My account shows that there should be available data and that mobile data is enabled.

Can someone please help me enable the data service?

I was able to locate your account using your community details and can see that you were able to contact our Mobile team. They've refreshed the system to lift the Data barring and the service is already working.

Hi @04123xxxxx ,

 

I was able to locate your account using your community details and check that your mobile data service was not barred.

 

Try to do the following troubleshooting.

  • Turn on Airplane mode for 3mins and turn it off again
  • Re-seat SIM
  • Reset handset

Tell me how it will go.
