Hi there,
I have connected 5G network. It worked well for few months however it has stopped now. Sometime, I ever get issues with sudden disconnected with network. I tried to ring technical support , unfortunately unable to get through. Is there any one having similar problems? Or anyone can suggest me, what to do?

Are you experiencing connection dropouts? 

What troubleshooting have you tried so far?

 

Did you notice any changes with the light status of the modem/router when the connection drops out?

Yes all the lights goes off and we need to restart again.
