Hi, I've tried updating the credit card details multiple times on the "My Account" portal and it's even deducted $1 from my account to verify the card. However, my account has now expired because TPG hasn't processed my monthly payment.
The user experience on the website is horrible with many broken links. My account also shows the account balance is $0. Can someone please help me authorise payment and get this resolved? I don't understand why it's so hard to process payment.
