I have receive a recorded message "your account is about to expire" before dialling any numbers. I checked my account and there are no issues. Please help.

I have received a message that my account is to expire. My payment should have been made on 7 January 2021. What is wrong?

We were able to locate your account using your community details and learned that your payment option is via Direct debit.
It may take 3 to 5 working days for the payment to be cleared via Direct debit, which is why you receive the notification.
We can confirm that the payment has been received today and account shows active.
