Account about to expire

I have receive a recorded message "your account is about to expire" before dialling any numbers. I checked my account and there are no issues. Please help.

We'd love to help and raise this to our Account Specialists Team, we tried to use your community details to pull up the account unfortunately it shows multiple matching records found. To better understand the situation, please shoot me a private message with your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file).

I have received a message that my account is to expire.     My payment should have been made on 7 January 2021.      What is wrong?

Welcome to the Community!

 

We were able to locate your account using your community details and learned that your payment option is via Direct debit.

It may take 3 to 5 working days for the payment to be cleared via Direct debit, which is why you receive the notification.

 

We can confirm that the payment has been received today and account shows active.
