Hi there, 

 

My payment for two sim plans failed and subsequently both phone plans were cut and I am unable to make phone calls. I reinstated a new debit card and paid for the remaining balance. It has been over 4 hours and my service has not be reconnected. What is the time estimate for reconnecting my service?
