This support article will assist you with setting up MMS on your mobile device.

 

How to setup MMS on your mobile?

 

  1. Make sure mobile data is switched On
  2. Set up phone settings

          For iPhone users: 

  • Go to settings:MMS.jpg

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Look for Messages

  • Turn on MMS Messaging

         For Android Users:

 

  • Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen. Press and holdMobile Data

  • Look for APN or Access Point Names

  • Choose Add, enter the MMS settings then choose 'save'

How to send picture messages?

 

     For iPhone Users:

 

 

  • Press Message icon, then press New Message

  • Press To and choose your preferred contact

  • Press the text input field and write the text for your picture message

  • To insert picture, press the Camera icon and choose your desired photo

  • Press the send icon to send the picture message

     For Android Users:

 

  • Press Message icon, then press New Message

  • Press the Search field and choose your preferred contact

  • Press the text input field and write the text for your picture message

  • To insert picture, press the attachment icon, then press the picture icon and choose your desired photo

If you’re still experiencing issues, check if MMS is part of your plan. If not, you may top up Prepaid Balance by logging in to your TPG Account.

Just called TPG and have been told that MMS service is not longer provided by TPG to the clients. Are you for real?
